An old building in the heart of the Montagne Noire with a warm, rustic decor: discover Les Trois Fontaines! A definitively carnivorous menu features choice dishes such as rib-eye steak, pork tomahawk and pata negra pluma. The fish side is represented, however, with wild gambas. Meal salads include paysanne, gizzards and burrata. Good homemade desserts to finish on a high note. Restaurant sur la route entre Carcassonne et Mazamet où nous aimons nous arrêter autant pour la cuisine que pour l’accueil. C'est rare de trouver encore une cuisine faîte maison. C'est de la cuisine traditionnelle mais goûteuse, savoureuse et généreuse. Bonne adresse à retenir !
