Julien, who delighted us at Iodé, is now at the helm of L'étage, a convivial brasserie. Accompanied by talented chefs, he offers gourmets a 4-course menu that Petit Futé thoroughly enjoyed. On this day, eel tartlet, agnolotti, venison back and lemon cremeux were all served in a delicious way. Outside weekends, as many of our regular customers do, you can also enjoy a weekday or daily menu. The wines are excellent and the atmosphere, like the owner's, warm.
