Erwan and Pamela Houssin's one-star restaurant is an ode to gastronomy. The chef's modern, inspired cuisine plays the land and sea card, as illustrated by the Mar I Munt menu, which evolves according to the season and surprises with dishes such as Mediterranean line bass and Leucate oyster confit with seaweed butter, green lentils from the Lauragais region with pig's trotters, seawater emulsion with Limoux sparkling wine, a pure delight. Cadre très agréable
