Catering is a family affair for the Filoches! In 2020, Julien took over his parents' restaurant, the Jardin des Filoches, and took it in a new direction. From now on, it is at the Quatre Vents that gourmets come to enjoy his good humour and seasonal products. Regularly changed, the slate of his establishment displays pleasures such as haddock and beetroot carpaccio, duck sauté, caramelized ribs, roasted persimmons with spices and crumble... Don't forget to book, especially if you want to sit on the terrace.
