Très bonne cuisine. On a apprécié en particulier le caviar d aubergines, le foie gras, la tartare de veau et surtout le filet de canette avec sa tatin de pêche. Le service à été super.

ce restaurant est un petit bijou dans une rue du centre ville de Limoux, pas aussi visible que d'autres restaurants sur la place centrale, mais il vaut largement le détour ! Cuisine maîtrisée, raffinée sans vouloir en mettre plein la vue. C'est frais et fait maison, prix très raisonnables par rapport à la qualité et quantité. Je recommande donc cette adresse sans hésiter.
