Restaurant offering the usual specialties and meats with fresh products.
The sign that is found on this former garage tells you it is a restaurant. This is something that could surprise many people, but as you walk through the door, you will understand why this is one of our favourite places in Limoux. It is an address that cannot be forgotten due to this paradox between an old garage and its renovation into this giant doll house with bric-à-brac of dishes and baubles. On the à la carte menu, in addition to customary specialties, you'll find a delicious trout of Pays de Sault, deliciously braised beef cheek, a forest duck breast and Rossini rib steak to die for. You can also let yourself be tempted by an amazing choice of prawns, including those blazed with calvados. Hélène, the lively owner, will not let you leave the restaurant without making you taste her excellent pancakes... and be rest assured, everything is made with extra fresh produce. The service is also of high standard. Many Limoux inhabitants who work around here have also made it their "canteen". So, tomorrow it may be your turn.

Une fois la porte poussée, vous êtes saisis par un lieu authentique à la douce chaleur diffusée par un feu de bois réconfortant.
Le seul inconvénient : l'envie d'une petite sieste après un déjeuner de travail...
