Pottery on the Cassoulet road to Castelnaudary, one of the last artisan potteries in the Lauragais region, worth a visit.
This small, family-run pottery is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi. It's one of the last remaining artisan potteries in the Lauragais region, and here, everything is made by hand. Walk through the door of their workshop and you'll discover the Nott brothers turning and lovingly crafting jugs, vases, decorative and garden items, as well as the famous "cassole", the dish in which cassoulet is simmered. Move on to the century-old wood-fired kiln where their creations are fired, and finish in the drying room where the turned and slip-coated pottery rests.

Terriblement déçue!!!
Fan et cliente Not, j’ai fait 2h de route le 8/8/23 pour trouver porte close sur laquelle un affichette indiquait la fermeture annuelle jusqu’au 9/9.Ce n’est signalé ni sur la page Google ni sur le site. J’aurai dû téléphoner ????
Il est regrettable qu’un établissement emblématique du savoir-faire local et recommandé par la promotion touristique du département de l’Aude n’ait pas la boutique ouverte en haute saison .
