Róisín and Sébastien welcome you to their brand-new restaurant Chapters, on Rue de la Mairie. This Franco-Irish couple has decided to revisit French cuisine with a modern twist. Menus change with the seasons and the availability of fresh produce. On our visit, we loved the thick slices of smoked salmon for starters, followed by a piece of beef with vegetables and a parsley sauce. For dessert, we paid tribute to Róisín's origins and opted for the Bailey's cheesecake: a delight!

We had the most delicious meal! It was difficult to decide which menu to have. Each had really good complementary choices. The service was exemplary. The atmosphere was welcoming. The food was most definitely the star. The salade gourmande was perfection. I had the Lotte (monkfish) for my main and it was beautifully prepared, so moist and tender. I finished with the Bailey's cheesecake and it was absolutely gorgeous. We will happily return and recommend!

Le lieu est très agréable, élégant et simple à la fois, l'ambiance y est amicale, on s'y sent bien.
Côté cuisine, il y a de la recherche, du goût et du soin, c'est bon et fin, copieux sans être roboratif.
Côté service, ce sont des sourires et de l'attention, de l'humanité.
Bref, totale réussite, un énorme plaisir et une très belle découverte que nous réitérerons avec bonheur !
