Renowned for its remarkable wines, Château Ollieux Romanis is part of a genuine wine tourism and eco-responsible approach. Its restaurant is the logical follow-up to the creation in 2020 of La Touketa, a summer wine bar. Arnaud Roques, who worked his way up from a number of Michelin-starred chefs, is at the helm of the kitchen, delighting us with his gourmet, inventive cuisine that follows the seasons and gives pride of place to local produce. Gourmet dishes and southern flavours are the order of the day.

Ah que voilà une belle découverte !
Conseillés par des amis qui connaissent notre penchant pour la bonne chère, nous avons découvert ce restaurant situé au sein d'un domaine viticole. Le chef a longtemps travaillé dans un restaurant étoilé. Ses sauces et réductions sont extraordinaires. Un menu de cette qualité à 35€, c'est une véritable aubaine.
