Le plat très très léger (1/2 dorade 2 carottes purée courge + émulsion) peu de quantité dans l'assiette. Le dessert léger aussi. Région viticole! le vin local manque d'être mis en référence tant sur le choix que sur le prix! Côté positif le met reste très bon!
