Nathalie and Stéphane work with fresh, local and seasonal products. The restaurant is ideally located in the heart of Narbonne along the Robine Canal. Whether you are in one of the carefully decorated rooms or on the terrace, you will appreciate the "canaille" cuisine of Chambourlettes: fresh pasta stuffed with truffles, cassolette of veal kidneys with Banyuls or the spices with which Nathalie dares to introduce flavours from elsewhere. I’m a food snob…we stopped in narbonne to have lunch. Stumbled on to this gem. The staff was great because we came in at 2. In Spain 2 is when they start eating. They were about to close and still sat us and gave us an unbelievable meal. Top to bottom. I don’t give out great reviews often. This place deserves it
