We've fallen for this little-known restaurant in the centre of Narbonne. The table at Hôtel Le Mosaïque is a nugget where you'll spend a moment of pure pleasure. From the caring welcome to the incredible setting of this completely restored private mansion, you'll feel as if you're in a cocoon of softness and good taste. The chef offers a Franco-Italian-Argentinian cuisine with specialties such as empanadas to share (or not) or family recipes such as entraña con provoletta or tira de asado that will delight meat lovers.

Best Franc-Argentine food ever experience. A great fusion between south America and southern France food. Try the Asado de Tira or the Gnocchi de Abuela Marta. Amazing desserts as well. Best ambience and service!!! Strong recommendation. New place in town.
