Typical restaurant of Japanese cities that offers Japanese cuisine such as pork ramen in Narbonne
As soon as you step through the door of this little restaurant, you find yourself, as if by magic, in a typical Japanese city izakaya. While Madame cooks, Monsieur welcomes you with a passionate explanation of the day's dishes and all the subtleties of Japanese cuisine. During our visit, we particularly enjoyed the ramen (slices of pork, half-cooked eggs, noodles, mushrooms, vegetables dipped in broth) and, for dessert, the mochi (rice flour, red beans, sesame seeds). Sushi, onigirazus, etc. in the window, to be enjoyed on the spot.

Comme il n'y a que 16 places, mieux vaut réserver. Patron sympa. La patronne japonaise est en cuisine.
