In fact you pay setting " and it is never tout" Philippe Lucas would say that is set in Narbonne.
It is a shame because Narbonne " bouge" therefore fidéliser need the clientele (near the beaches, Spain) and nothing hangs to stay here.
Miss tourist culture (therefore economic).
