Brasserie du Moulin with a terrace, near the city centre, offering a varied menu

The Brasserie du Moulin is the ideal place to get away from it all, just 10 minutes' walk from the town centre, with its terrace overlooking the Canal de La Robine, where you can watch the boats and barges pass through the nearby locks. Chef Martin Rouland offers a varied, seasonal menu based on local produce. We thoroughly enjoyed the 4-hour leg of lamb confit with rosemary and Espelette pepper, lightly crisped grilled sucrine, stewed chickpeas, and finished with a lime-glazed soufflé with green kiwi purée.

Il n'a de brasserie que le nom, ici vous touverez une prestation semi gastronomique avec un menu abordable pour ce niveau de qualité. Salle un peu froide mais mais trés bon accueil, table bien mise, rapidité et qualité du service, une trés belle découverte.
