After 12 years of training and experience in renowned Canadian restaurants, then in the Narbonne region, talented Chef Gabriel Ballard opened his own restaurant in the heart of Narbonne. His cuisine is a marvel both in terms of the presentation of the dishes and the judicious blending of flavors. The menu changes every 3 months, with dishes chosen according to the season. For example, Korean-style beef tartare with crispy rice, grilled octopus with pumpkin Romesco sauce and roasted pommes grenaille, and goat's cheese cheesecake for dessert.

Nous nous sommes régalées. Un festival pour les papilles, d'excellents produits cuisinés avec amour de l'entrée au dessert. Le service à la hauteur de la cuisine, très sympathique et souriant. À recommander les yeux fermés.

Petit restaurant très agréable pour manger le soir au calme.

J'ai adoré. Cuisine maison et bien travailler.
Le personnel très gentils et souriants.

Un petit manque de quelque chose sur le nouveau dessert qui n'était pas terminé. (En essaie) mais le goût était vraiment au top.

Je suis venu en septembre. On reviendra avec plaisir.
