The Miramar has many assets that make it a sure bet in the resort. Ideally located just a few meters from the sand and with no street to cross, you'll be charmed by its straw hut-style terrace, and by the attentive, friendly welcome and service. Prepared in the open kitchen, delicious, fresh and beautifully presented dishes will seduce you. Renard fell for the ceviche of sea bream, the shoulder of lamb cooked for 7 hours and its thyme jus, and the deconstructed lemon tart. To top it all off, a fine selection of wines is on offer.
