In a red, grey and black setting; Frédéric Nalais, the former chef of the 26 and a Master Restaurateur, settled down in the Anatole France neighbourhood, a popular neighbourhood in full transformation. He cultivates the pleasure of the cuisine with his partner Nacera who tastefully sets the tone. In this new open and bright setting, he offers a market cuisine, themed evenings, musical evenings (jazz on Friday), but also a totally different gourmet section: cooking classes with tasting, individual courses for adults and children.
