Accueil très agréable , explications simples. Les bateaux sont entretenus et jolis. Super sympa à faire avec les enfants, ils peuvent eux aussi conduire le bateau!
Par contre cela ne dépend pas de la société des bateaux, mais la balade devient bien moins agréable au constat du canal qui est très sale.
