Restaurant between Castelnaudary and Revel offering fresh products, home-made desserts and bread
Between Castelnaudary and Revel, the small village of Peyrens has a very beautiful establishment in Lauragais, the restaurant of Philippe Solovieff, Peer of the Great Brotherhood of cassoulet in Castelnaudary, which will swing your taste buds with his ceps salad, his vegetable mille-feuilles with fresh coriander, his trio of duck with black figs, his pigeon morels with its reduction Fitou ... his home dessert as well as his bread and of course his wonderful cassoulet desserts. At the end of the meal Philip shows around the corner of the room and one cannot stop congratulating him for this wonderful meal in this great little old establishment with the French style, you will leave satiated with a smile of contentment! Philippe Solovieff participates in the cassoulet internship organized by the tourism office in Castelnaudary, and the course "foie gras in all its state" the first Sunday of the month of December for the fair in Castelnaudary...
