Impossible to miss this small hotel-restaurant when you arrive in Port-la-Nouvelle by the Bellet bridge. You discover its white and blue facade and its orange terrace. Toussaint, a Corsican by origin and the owner of the place, makes it a point of honour to create a convivial atmosphere within his establishment. The menu offers fish from local fishing and products from the market. Excellent fish soup, oysters au gratin, bass with rosemary (depending on availability). If you prefer meat, opt for the entrecote or the gardiane of bull.
