Since talented chef Li-na Tcha took over the reins of this restaurant, she has been delighting us with inventive cuisine that works its visual and taste magic with every dish. Fresh, seasonal produce is used, often from local producers. Here are a few examples: for starters, vol-au-vent de rognon de veau au porto, for main courses, roast cod with spinach emulsion, and for dessert, choux craquelin with peanut cream and white chocolate ganache. The wines are excellent and the welcome very pleasant.
