The name is Dreaming in this place near Carcassonne: sand, palm trees and… straw huts! But the first shot is disappointing. On the small parking lot sit garbage and vehicles to be retyped. Let's go… continue the visit. Settle in but… don't ask for a jug of water, there is none. Don't ask for the toilets, they don't have any either: "behind the fir, that's where everyone goes"! Need to wash your hands? Yes, you have the spray hose! With a bit of luck, the liquid soap is placed nearby. While waiting for your dish, if you still haven't turned around, watch. A nice cat walks in the kitchen… We'll skip the details of the lack of food hygiene and others, like the clearing of plates which is done along the tables with the rolling container. The idea was good, the beautiful setting. Shame.
