At the helm are Olivier Castel and Loan, who offer an inventive cuisine that combines the pleasures of the local traditionnal products with stronger flavors and spices for the Asian version, prepared using only seasonal produce. The originality lies in the fact that you can choose between the market menu and the Vietnamese menu to vary the pleasures. La Chaumière is also the best place for a good night's sleep.

Quality Tourism. Logis. Annual closure from early January to early February. Restaurant open evenings only, closed Sundays in low season. Reservations recommended.
