Three generations of Cartier have succeeded one another at the head of this address of the 20th century, which has been rated 3 stars since the end of 2012. Very well located, the hotel is now part of the Inter-Hôtels brand. The rooms are not particularly original, but all of them offer a good standard level of classic comfort and are quite pleasant with flat-screen TV, WiFi access and air conditioning. The family atmosphere of the address makes your stay pleasant. The restaurant has a countryside appearance. The chef, André Toustou, has been serving traditional and regional cuisine for twenty years now: duck, foie gras, mushrooms, cassoulet, truffles, rabbit with garlic, deer stew, and rouzolle. An address to remember in the Haute-Vallée of the Aude.
