AUBERGE DU FABY
Restaurant with a garden offering local products and home-made Mediterranean cuisine and Sunday brunches
The restaurant adopted the name of the stream Le Faby which passes by Rouvenac, and which is also called stream of Fa. It is a nice inn, where children will eat like adults - in other words gastronomic - because we remain convinced that it is from childhood that you learn how to eat healthy and good! Vegetables and fruits come from the garden, the rest of the products from local farmers. The carte offers some Mediterranean inspired dishes and specialties of the house like foie gras with figs marinated with muscat of Riversaltes. The duck reast with honey, ot the pan-fried pprawns that you can enjoy with saffron, or flambéed with pastis. Note that for some time now, the restaurant also offers vegetarian dishes and sometimes organises Sunday brunches at will. On sunny days, you can sit out on the shaded terrace, under the wisterias of the arbour.

Vlees en groentes alles uit de omgeving van hier en dat proef je. Heerlijk, gegeten en zeer vriendelijke mensen in de bediening. De wijn was trouwens ook voortreffelijk.
