Former distillery with a terrace serving wood-grilled meats and salads. Generous portions and a warm welcome.
We've been following Martin Roujou for many years, proving that he's always delighted us. So it's in this old distillery a few kilometres from Le Somail that we find him. The metamorphosis of the place is a real success: it's warm and inviting, and the metal framework is a decorative element in itself. Once seated in the dining room or on the terrace, we're all set for the starters we like to "share", but we'll go solo for the wood-grilled meats and ultra-fresh fish. A great address.
