Located in the centre of the village, La Talariane is not just a restaurant, it is a place where locals and visiting walkers meet. Here, the friendly atmosphere and the local cuisine guarantee a good evening. Here, you are a locavore and the products cooked are of good quality, whether it is the enormous XXL rib steak, the cargolade (snails), the must-eat cassoulet, the cuttlefish and its homemade aioli or the tripe à la catalane... Here, everything is homemade, even the french fries! This summer, the chef whispered to us that the white truffle would be in the spotlight during a special truffle evening... to be continued. La Talariane is also a wine bar where you can taste carefully selected local wines at very reasonable prices. Evenings (concerts, DJ...) are regularly scheduled as well as sporting events broadcasted on the big screen. An address where authenticity and friendliness are the order of the day.
