The terroir, in the Boutenac appellation, holds many beautiful surprises, on the edge of a winding road at the exit of the village of Thézan, you will come across Château Aiguilloux, property of enthusiasts who over time offer us great wines in the Corbières Boutenac appellation, AOC Corbières and IGP pays d'Oc. The place takes its name from the Aiguillous, which in the Languedoc region means "little stream" and which can be found on the borders of the estate, walking through the hills of the Corbières. Mélanie and Georges Lemarié, the owners of the estate, with their 37 hectares of vineyards, patiently produce intense, fruity, racy and voluptuous wines that will satisfy the most discerning palates. Here, in a deep respect for the land, we give the wine time to express itself and exalt its typicity. Its aromas highlight the Syrah, Mourvèdre, Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan grape varieties in the complexity of the blends, of which only Mélanie and Georges have the secret. Since 2016, for the great pleasure of epicureans of all horizons, a seasonal oenological wine-grower's table and a year-round catering service are offered, within the estate, exceptional food and wine pairings for all your events!
