This charming restaurant is located in the village of Treilles, at the foot of the Corbières mountains and just 15 minutes from Leucate. In her open kitchen, Mireille, aka Mimi, concocts simple, homemade dishes using fresh, local produce. A short menu with meat and fish, and a menu à l'ardoise to vary the pleasures, in all simplicity. The setting is very pleasant, with a pretty dining room and a large shady terrace. Special mention for the desserts: the iced nougat is divine!

Très bon accueil, convivial et sympa, le restaurant et le site sont très jolis et calmes. Service irréprochable, terrasse ombragée, et les plats de cuisine traditionnelle sont surprenants et très bons. Bref les nouveaux patrons ont réussi leur restaurant. Je recommande vivement.
