Set within the imposing Château de Villarlong, Le Castel transports you not to the Middle Ages, but to a more contemporary era, where gastronomy is no less traditional. Chef Luc Lemeur likes to cook with seasonal produce, so his menu is constantly evolving. For starters, there's an egg "en meurette", which goes perfectly with a rack of pork cooked at low temperature. Last but not least, the Niniche Bordelaise titillated our curiosity and was a delight. In summer, the chef offers à la plancha cuisine on the terrace.
