Chez Carles is a restaurant located on the road to Libourne, within the Maison du Pays Fronsadais. In a green setting, it offers you a traditional and family cooking where the products are worked directly in the restaurant. The grilled meats on vine stocks or vine shoots are made in front of you in the large fireplace. Suggestions include snails with porcini mushrooms, grilled sweetbreads, aperitif platters and many other choices. You can enjoy your food and drinks at the restaurant counter in the dining room, but you can also sit outside on the terrace.

Que du bonheur dans l'assiette !
La salle est agréable.
Feu de cheminée pour les grillades mais nous l'avons appréciée car Il faisait un peu frais dehors. Donc la terrasse ce sera pour la prochaine fois !
