It is in a small village in the Corbières that the chef Eric Delalande offers you a regional cuisine. After having visited Jean-Luc Rabanel's kitchens and then some great restaurants in the United States, the owner of the place decided to go back to his roots and cook local products. The menu changes with the seasons, guaranteeing that the flavours are always at their best, an extract from the 2019/2020 winter menu: roasted camembert marinated in red wine and muscat, foie gras medallion marinated in Espelette chilli pepper, caramelized pork ribs with barbecue sauce, ravioles and braised beef stewed. The wines (by the glass or in bottles) are local and the terrace is very pleasant on sunny days. You will not be disappointed by this table between land and sea, so representative of the Corbières! Eric is also waiting for you at Barriquot, still in Villesèque, an epicurean wine bar as we like it - many thematic evenings
