Off the beaten paths, near the magnificent hamlet of Marignac, on the road to Cigalière, surrounded by green oaks, the restaurant of Nicole and Christophe, La Cigalière. It is a known address of many people. It is also a place to make great receptions and pleasant cousinades. From his lozérien garden, Raymond offers fresh vegetables the restaurant. He is famous for his famous fat foie gras. Nicole prepares beautiful pégasses, it's a very large base with salad, hot goat cheese, country olive oil dressing, ceps meat in autumn, homemade fries, seasonal vegetables. Keep, if you can have a small place for dessert, the fondant is delicious. This address is run by the hunters in the region because Nicole does not have such a place to cook the game in sauce. Christophe prefers to cook it in oven or broche with small potatoes to embrochées embrochées. There is a real culture of local cuisines and hunting.

Great stuff! Been here a handful of times.
Frogs are amazing, so is the beef with mushrooms. Love it every time.
