The Café du Commerce is a real institution in Aigues-Mortes. The family business has been in place from father to son since 1974 and everyone knows that here you can eat extra-fresh fish and shellfish. A large and beautiful terrace, and at the entrance, a fisherman's boat presents the day's arrivals: whelks, pointed shells, clams... The menu offers many specialities, such as Aïoli maison, the fish parilla, the fisherman's bourride, or for meat lovers, the gardianne de baureau. Very nice terrace.

A la table voisine je vois des frites (des vrai frittes, pas des surgelées) c'est généralement bon signe.
L'accueil est parfait, le personnel est sympathique et efficace.
