Restaurant to enjoy Camargue oysters in Aigues-Mortes
This is an excellent reason to be enthusiastic when you are a gourmet passing through or when you live in Les remparts d'Aigues-Mortes. From the first menu you can enjoy Camargue oysters or sea bream tartar, or marbled foie gras for a more gourmet menu. The menu also includes a fillet of grilled turbot, a piece of Aubrac beef or a half roasted pigeon. As for desserts, let's end this beautiful flight of flavours with a grapefruit tartlet or a revisited mille-feuille. A delight!

My stay at Villa Mazzarin was a mixed bag. The rooms were super clean, which I highly appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, adding to the appeal. However, the food was a letdown, especially the breakfast. My 24-euro scrambled eggs and fruit were not fresh, and the bottled juice was disappointing. The waiters were nice but struggled with English. Overall, great for cleanliness and aesthetics, but the dining experience needs improvement.

Mon séjour à la Villa Mazzarin a été mitigé. Les chambres étaient super propres, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. L'hôtel en lui-même est magnifique, ce qui ajoute à son attrait. Cependant, la nourriture était décevante, surtout le petit-déjeuner. Mes œufs brouillés et mes fruits à 24 euros n'étaient pas frais et le jus en bouteille était décevant. Les serveurs étaient gentils mais avaient du mal avec l'anglais. Dans l'ensemble, excellent pour la propreté et l'esthétique, mais l'expérience culinaire doit être améliorée.
