Authentic bistro restaurant with terrace in Aigues-Mortes
Good food guaranteed! In any case, the establishment defines itself - and we agree - as an authentic aigues-mortais bistro. Coco, the owner, has a strong accent and character. Coco sees a lot of people come and go in her little restaurant, which is never empty! It's a good thing she also has a bit of terrace for those who want to try a slice of her strawberry tart, which is the talk of the town in the restaurant window. A Camargue speciality, bull is available as a rib, fillet, pavé or entrecôte, or you can try the pizzas.

Coconut a woman with a strong charisma: Small is the restaurant, are modest prices, I find exceptional the taste quality of the Camargue dishes prepared exclusively with wood fire (you can look at Coco your place will not find a microwave in the hotel).
You Chez Coco in Camargue are then please made an effort drip the colourful but delicious cuisine that will not fail to suggest. Of grace forget your sempiternal sausage salad and fried so you can avoid the yourself humour quirky and the third level that Coconut can handle to perfection.
I have known this establishment for six years, I do not conceive to Camargue without coming here for lunch or dinner this four to five times a year often accompanied by my family and Friends who share my opinion, both in the kitchen, the owner and his staff.
For lovers of grills I recommend the rooms bull to you.
For meat lovers sauce it takes for you to taste absolutely bull Gardianne with its rice " local" cooked over a wood fire.
For lovers of lamb, Coconut, on request, will prepare a lamb shoulder with honey and spices cooked over a wood fire. You will find in this dish all flavours (dish for two people).
I can not tell you of Gardiane or shoulder which is the best, but know that these two dishes are very ended and filled with subtle flavours.
For starters I suggest tasting the anchoïade.
For gourmands finish your meal with a tart house.
