The menu features local Mediterranean produce: "the only fish soup in Aigues-Mortes", according to Norbert, who also offers rouille, brill and telline depending on the catch of the day. Sehr nettes kleines Restaurant. Super freundliches Personal und vor allem super leckeres Essen. Das Menu des Gardians ist sehr zu empfehlen. Daher in allem 5*.
