Hotel-restaurant with terrace at the foot of the Constance Tower in a spacious setting
At the foot of the Constance Tower, in the heart of the city walls, the four-century-old colorful building was once a knight's garrison. It offers a spacious setting for charming relaxation under the stonework and exposed beams that remind visitors of the architecture of the time. Thanks to the shaded terrace, one can enjoy the summer heat while tasting the excellent flavors of the nearby sea, via the adjoining restaurant.

Merci.

A lovely small boutique hotel with friendly staff. We parked in their private garage facility down the road and were brought to the hotel via their golf cart along with Petrus the Cocker Spaniel. The rooms are lovely and stylish as is the hotel overall. We slept fantastically well. Lovely pillows and bedding and excellent air conditioning. Very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and wonderfully presented. There is a wonderful ambience about the place and it smells great too. ||The gentleman (sorry I didn’t get his name) was helpful in booking a restaurant he recommended. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good meal at Le Dit Vin so maybe they’d like to reconsider recommending here in the future. Shower controls are at the back of the shower which is a bit annoying as you get wet with cold water before getting in but nothing major to complain about. ||Lovely terrace in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine with a nice vibe and upbeat music. Not keen however on the religious crypt church style music in the morning at breakfast. It was monotonous. ||A comfortable stay. Thank you.

Having not written a review in a long time, I feel compelled to write this review about our stay here. First of all, Aigues-Mortes is a wonderful, interesting and quaint destination. We decided to use this location as a stop during our own version of Tour de France, more wine and no biking. ||This hotel was wonderful from beginning to end. As a critical and picky consumer and foodie-wanna-be, I tend to notice details. The service was incredible, the hotel is an incredible amalgamation of old and new. The tall glass doors, wallpaper, and interior finishes were exceptionally tasteful and well done. Bravo to the designer!||Staff was professional and friendly. The spa treatment was incredible. Breakfast was wonderful. Really a perfect one night stay.
