The fougasse of Aigues-Mortes is renowned throughout the département and beyond. The one from this bakery, run by two local children, is renowned throughout the town: a sweet, almost airy brioche with a traditional touch of orange blossom! Be careful, though, as it's often a victim of its own success, so don't hesitate to order. The rest of their offer is excellent, all artisanal and some of the breads are organic, made with local flours (4 addresses in the city).

Du salé au sucré j’ai tout testé et tout est très bon ! Les mauvaises langues peuvent aller se rhabiller car tout est vraiment qualité ????

Les croissants sont incroyables ! La pâte feuilletée est très très belle. Et la tarte au sucre à la fleur d'oranger est excellente. Parole de boulangère ????
