Near the Perrier spring in Vergèze, in the sloping village of Aigues-Vives, nestles a charming little restaurant whose menu changes with the seasons and the markets, because here we make a point of serving home-cooked dishes made from fresh, local produce. In winter, lulled by the flames of the fireplace dancing on the old stone walls, enjoy a delicious beef confit fondant, while al dente asparagus enhances the spring dishes. In summer, take advantage of the shaded terrace.

Closed the last week of June and the last two weeks of October. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 12 noon to 1:30 pm and 7:30 pm to 9 pm; Sunday, 12 noon to 1:30 pm. Reservations recommended. Menus from €27.90 to €38. Set lunch menu: €18 (Tuesday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Wine by the glass. Terrace.
