LE DRILLO
Why Le Drillo? Simply by contracting the names of the two owners: Mrs. Guillo and Mr. Sandri. It was in May 2017 that the chef and his wife took over this formidable guinguette, in less than a year they made their business the essential meeting place in Aiguèze. Located at the exit of the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the restaurant has a beautiful location, moreover its pretty terrace faces the river. In the dining room, we take advantage of the warm atmosphere and take note of the advice of Madame and Sylvain, a professional sommelier, to choose a delicious program. And there are so many delicacies to be found! It must be said that the chef's career path is exemplary, passing through great restaurants such as Alain Ducasse's Louis XV or Régis and Jacques Marcon, he has perfected his art with the greatest chefs. In Drillo, he serves a traditional cuisine made of fresh and seasonal produce, everything is homemade, from bread to sauces. The formula changes regularly according to the chef's inspiration and seasonality, so we don't hesitate to come back to it. A delight!
