Restaurant with terrace in the heart of the village of Aiguèze serving homemade tapas and having several atmospheres
It is in the heart of the village of Aiguèze, classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, that Le Bouchon is located. Run by two young winemakers, this is certainly the hottest address in the area. Labelled Café de Pays, the table distils a refined local cuisine based on fresh produce. A beautiful menu of salads, homemade tapas, meat and fresh fish. The menu is renewed every year and also offers two dishes and a plate of tapas that change every day. The place has several ambiences, with a room in exposed stones, a private interior patio, an exterior terrace or, more simply, the beautiful oak countertop. The address is festive and attracts a lot of people. Please note, sale of wines from the estate on site at the cellar price.

(Avis d'origine)
French fusion restaurant in the middle of Aiguèze (medieval town). This restaurant is owned by domaine Ventajol, a local winery and their wines are (among others) on the menu. We had lunch here, both had the filet saint pierre (white fish) with fennel and bulgur and vegetables. The tastes were great and everything was meticulously prepared. We had the house wine to accompany which was very good. Service is friendly. Be aware that prices here are higher than elsewhere in the village although I had the impression the ingredients are also more priceworthy.
Le serveur parfait,souriant et à l'écoute.
Je ne vais pas tarder à y retourner.
Le village est mignon
