CAMPING DES CIGALES
In fact camp-locations do not lack in the area, but it has the advantage of being open all year round (mobile home) and be located at the fictional border of the Gard and Ardèche regions. It is close to the river and is next to these two villages of strong character that are Aiguèze, perched high, and Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche opposite, stretched horizontally on the river. For a two-star hotel, this campsite offers spacious grounds, where people pile up in the summer, in the shade of course, there are terminals for each location. The facilities are clean and groceries can satisfy you if you do not take your meals in La Guinguette des Cigales. Family atmosphere and swim in the pool or in the Ardèche that lesser and lesser clean every year, it has to be noted. We liked the wooden chalets with Tahitian roofs.

We found a spot here with our tent when everything else in the region was booked out and enjoyed our short stay on this small campsite.
Sanitary facilities are above average clean, nights are quiet and curfew enforced. Pool and little café are nice and the reception friendly. It's a little walk on the street to get to the next beach and another 10 minutes to a nice medieval town.
Overall, good campsite without much fuzz and great for a base for activities to the Ardeche!
