Spices and All embalms of spicy flavors and fragrances, colors from here and elsewhere. Quentin and Aurélie are at your side to comment on the menu inspired by the chef's finds on the market, always punctuated with fresh products, and leaving us amazed by these dishes that all whet our appetite: gravlax salmon and herb salad; gambas à la plancha, fregola sarda with vegetables; exotic chocolate desserts. The wine list is renewed every season to better highlight the dishes. Let your eyes and taste buds feast!

Ce restaurant m'a beaucoup plu tant au niveau du cadre qui est beau et calme, qu'au niveau de la cuisine qui est entièrement faite maison et créative.

Une des meilleures tables d'Ales cuisine gastronomique les vins sont excellents bien choisis, le restaurant est petit, n'oubliez pas de réserver à l'avance le service est impeccable !

Cuisine délicieuse, nous avons eu de la chance de pouvoir réserver à la dernière minute. Prix correct pour la qualité des plats. Dommage pas assez de choix sur les desserts et peut être augmenter un peu la quantité dans les assiettes
