Le Coq Hardi offers traditional regional cuisine in a large, air-conditioned dining room with sober Cévennes tones, divided by balustrades and different levels. The inn's chef presides over the destiny of a cuisine that is frank and excellent value for money. For example, we offer Grenadin de veau, magret de canard (duck breast) and noix de Saint-Jacques (scallops) enrich a consistent, high-quality menu. If possible, try the delicious Cevennes cordon bleu or a chestnut soup, typical of the region.

Nous avons pris le menu à 33€ tout était très bon et très bien présenté, mais le pain qui accompagne n'était pas terrible et c'est très dommage car pour mon mari et moi c'est très important.
