A remarkable "sushi" experience is possible at the gateway to the Cévennes, thanks to this family originally from Japan, who opened the Sushi Bar in 2009. The place is small, the decoration succinct, but the exquisite tasting of their sashimi, maki, yakitori and sushi will delight all your senses. Everything is prepared when you order, quickly and with the finest ingredients. Hearty formulas include miso soup that's just tasty enough and authentic enough. The rice is sticky, the fish fresh, and the preparation is an art.

Je rentre je lui demande si je peux commander un mix de sushi pour 2 il me répond "bah il y a la carte la ya des formules" ! Donc je prend la carte et il me dit "si ça vous va pas vous pouvez commander chez planète sushi" alors que je nai rien dit et suis restée très polit. En plus de base j'étais partie pour commander chez lui.
Ça ne m'étonne pas que le restaurant soit vide.
Je ne suis pas du style à laisser des commentaires méchants mais etant moi meme commerçante je suis outrée de voir des gens travailler dans la restauration et avoir des atitudes pareils avec "ses clients."
