A Japanese treasure trove at the gateway to the Cévennes, preparing a variety of traditional sushi dishes with different formulas

A remarkable "sushi" experience is possible at the gateway to the Cévennes, thanks to this family originally from Japan, who opened the Sushi Bar in 2009. The place is small, the decoration succinct, but the exquisite tasting of their sashimi, maki, yakitori and sushi will delight all your senses. Everything is prepared when you order, quickly and with the finest ingredients. Hearty formulas include miso soup that's just tasty enough and authentic enough. The rice is sticky, the fish fresh, and the preparation is an art.

Le sushi bar ? Une adresse que je recommande. Des produits frais, quasiment tout est préparé à la minute.
Un couple accueillant et une serveuse (française) vous expliquera les différents plats avec envie.

Les sushis, makis, sashimis... sont de qualité exceptionnelle, que ce soit pour leur fraicheur ou leur preparation. Les brochettes et tempuras ne vous décevront pas non plus. Le tout est préparé devant la clientèle.
Le Sushi Bar, tenu par une famille originaire du Japon, propose un service sur place (la salle est petite) ou à emporter (ce que je privilégie).
