Restaurant serving a cuisine with fresh seasonal and quality products
Here we cook with fresh, seasonal, quality produce. The menu and cuisine are renewed every month. It's also a wine bar, which you can enjoy under the plane trees with tapas for an aperitif with friends. The meat comes from an excellent selection from Lozère, and Pad Thai is also available to take away. Desserts are prepared by professional pastry chefs such as Pâtisserie Veyret and Les Macarons de Bastien. The desire to do better, again and again: "You have to set the table every day" is the motto of the place.

Une adresse incontournable sur Alès: un menu à l'ardoise avec des produits frais et de saison, une carte qui change donc régulièrement et des plats tous faits maison (saufs quelques desserts dont les fournisseurs sont de belles adresses d'Alès). Un très bon rapport qualité-prix que ce soit en semaine ou durant le week end: menu entrée-plat-dessert ou de belles salades repas. Dès les belles journées, il est possible de profiter d'une terrasse très agréable. Le service est efficace et toujours aimable. Ce restaurant- bar à vin propose une belle carte des vins dont une vingtaine peuvent être commandés au verre.

The price is very reasonable for a superior quality of dishes. All the dishes are houses except some dessert informed of alès craftsman. My macaroons of Bastien are one levels!
