Very nice restaurant seducing all the gourmets of the region with the jewels of the soil
At the head of the Comptoir des Halles, the chef Solène Seguin only serves fresh and seasonal products, stamped with the Cevennes. Porcini mushrooms, asparagus, strawberries, all the jewels of the land are used with finesse in gourmet dishes. The butcher's piece prepared with care comes from a Lozere breeding, the coq au vin is worthy of mention and the salads are remarkable and answer to big appetites. The interior decoration is modern and warm. Be careful, the terrace on the square, very pleasant, open exclusively at noon, can be very busy.

Si vous êtes de passage sur Ales il ne faut pas hésiter une seule seconte pour venir déguster les plats du comptoir des halles.
Je vous conseille le poulpe...
